A piece of Maki-sushi is an ultimately balanced food as it consists of rice, vegetables, seaweed, sesame seeds and more.
Our Maki-sushi wraps original brown sushi rice, homemade fillings, red lettuce, and broccoli sprouts with tasty nori seaweed.
Soft and sticky sushi rice is made by adding original sushi vinegar to brown rice cooked with pressed barley and quinoa. Our sushi vinegar, added pickled plum and black vinegar, covers the only disadvantage of the superfood brown rice, hard to digest. For a sweet taste, we use maple syrup, rice malt syrup, and beet sugar containing minerals. No refined sugar is used.
