TEC’s BROWN RICE CHIRASHI-SUSHI (RICE BOWL)
We made a salad bowl-style twist on a traditional Japanese favorite, Chirashi-Sushi. Enjoy brown rice just like a salad.
The base of our Chirashi-Sushi is served on “Brown sushi rice” topped with “TEC’s Special Salad” and three kinds of Japanese side dishes: Kimpira, Simmered hijiki lotus root, and Simmered dried radish.
Finely cut Simmered hijiki lotus root and shiitake mushrooms are mixed for the sushi rice for Chirashi-sushi. It’s good on its own!
Pick your favorite topping among the four. We suggest mixing everything before eating.

Tuna-like hummus ready for vegetarians. This is a Japanese-style tuna made with mashed soybeans, miso, soy sauce, green onions and homemade vegan soy milk mayonnaise.

Koya-Tofu with Hatcho-Miso Sauce

Koya-tofu is seasoned with Hatcho-miso, which warms and strengthens your body. It’s good when your power is not enough. It’s fried, but healthy because brown rice flour is used instead of flour and it’s fried in pure rapeseed oil.

Tempeh Cutlet Chirashi-Sushi

We seasoned tempeh, a fermented soybean food, with sweet ginger soy sauce, and fried it with a coating of brown rice flour and rice flakes. You can enjoy a different taste by eating a slice first and then mixing and eating it with other ingredients.
