Food Additives

Japanese people consume about 4kg of food additives in a year. Many are fungicides, preservatives, and antibiotics used to kill bacteria.

The bacteria are alive. If you continue to eat foods that contain chemicals that kill lives, you may end up with a person who doesn’t understand life or emotion, or you may have no interest or enthusiasm in anything. You will even lose yourself and find it difficult to know yourself.
